What if I have pets at home?
No problem! Just let us know in advance. Our cleaners are pet-friendly and we’ll make sure to accommodate any special instructions you have regarding your furry friends.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
Nope, our cleaning partners bring everything they need, including eco-friendly products and equipment. If you have preferred supplies, just let us know!
Can I request the same cleaner each time?
Yes! If you love your cleaner, we’ll do our best to schedule them for your future bookings, subject to availability.
What if my scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday?
If your cleaning falls on a public holiday, we’ll contact you in advance to reschedule at a convenient time that works for you.
